Almost guaranteed an electric fan would cool significantly worse. These clutch fans move an incredible amount of air as is.

If you look at the Supra and 2JZ crowd, you will see OEM clutch fans used on 800HP cars.

 

I'm not sure....most cars today have efans. My 420HP 6.2 Silverado is all efans. In any event, I am not pushing big ponies, or pushing the truck hard (even when off-roading).The clutch fan works for now, albeit 183k on the clock. I was just asking if anyone has done it, and any easily accessible swap parts they used.
