I am looking to replace all motor mounts on my 2006 Highlander 4WD MCU28L.
I have every mount except the front mount. The highlander shares all the mounts with the RX330 except the front one 12360-20150 (INSULATOR ASSY, ENGINE MOUNTING, FRONT).
I cannot get the front mount anywhere except used on Ebay. I have tried to order from about 5 different websites and even from Japan through Amayama.
Everywhere is backordered with no ETA, and Amayama cannot send it due to "supply restrictions".
The AWD mount is 12360-20150 and the FWD one is 12360-20160.
Are these two interchangeable if I can get my hands on a new 12360-20160?
The FWD and AWD mounts look the exact same.
I ordered an AWD mount for the RX330 hoping it would be close enough to work, but the Vacuum mounting bracket is completely different and I'm not sure if it will work.
There is also an extra shield on the mount which faces the exhaust that the Highlander mount does not have. I am not sure if the vacuum hoses will all route correctly.
Does anyone know of a front mount that is compatible from another 1MZ/3MZ/2GR car?

Picture of 12360-20160 (Front mount for FWD 2006 Highlander), which looks the exact same as 12360-20150, does it have different stiffness for the FWD?
