2011 Passenger Unlock not working

A friend has a 2011 Camry. He reports the door trim switch and remote will lock all the doors and unlock the driver's door. Both will not unlock the 3 remaining passenger doors. Is there a power/keyless door lock diagram someone can point me to or provide further troubleshooting literature on this year? He said he checked the door related fuses according to the owners manual. I think it may be a bad wire or stuck relay. I am used to Ford models but am unfamiliar with how toyota systems work. I did try searching but was only able to find a partial diagram which shows a 25-pin connection to something and no fuses and relays are shown.

oh. do these things just dies like that and only one feature is lost ? Is there a troubleshooting method anyone has come across to know the part has failed? I presume if the remote passenger unlock failed, and the that functionally is located in the BCM, it seems that testing wiring is unnecessary.

Does your friend's Camry have push start or does it use a key?

Tonthe best of my knowledge it is not push button start.

Probably not what you are looking for, but may provide some help (attachment).

This is what I set out to find. A diagram of the door locks that includes power and ground.
This gives us a handful of fuses to check.

So my bud having the issue reported that they just started working again, with no further troubleshooting or repair. This leads me to believe it is an intermittent wiring fault, at this moment.
