Im going to try CataClean fuel cleaner($30) to see if it’s just clogged. My question is would Sea Foam fuel cleaner ($10) work as well for less money?

How many miles on your rig? Keep in mind, the 0420 may not be related to the cats, could be a very small exhaust leak, leaking exhaust gases don't get metered by the o2 sensors so they would be "low" compared to what is expected. Could be a loose o2 wire on either end (at sensor or at 'puter) also. Luck finding it.
