Hello everyone. I have a 2016 corolla LE Eco and Iv had it for a little over 2 years. Recently I switched to progressive and got the snapshot device. Immediately it started pinging saying I was braking hard. At first, I thought it was just my driving but after a full month of pings I began to look at my brake system. I noticed that I could pump my brakes and I would get pressure at half depression and then a slow pressure release until the pedal reaches the floor. I have now replace the shoes, changed the fluid, bled the brakes (twice) replaced the master cylinder, checked the vacuum lines and checked the brake booster for pressure and the brake booster valve to make sure it was creating a vacuum. After all of that, the brake pedal is still soft and when I pump it, it still goes to half depression and then slowly fades to the floor. Help me. I'm out of ideas. Thank you all.

Did you adjust the shoes? If you installed the shoes without adjusting them, you won’t have rear brakes working. Use the hand brake and see if your rear wheels are holding still.
What was the reason you changed the shoes? It should still have a lot of life.
