Does it sound like it's coming from the vents or the stereo? If the vents I'd guess slight blower motor noise if the stereo maybe a CD it's trying to read?

 

Check your exhaust heat shield directly below the front seats. There's only one point of contact supporting it to the body of the car where there should be two, and it rattles.

 

Vents have been covered still can hear it. Not a cd for sure but this heat shield deal sounds like it could definitely be it. Sounds just like some sort of thin metal hitting a part of the car extremely fast cuz it only happens when I'm driving over 50 miles an hour It doesn't happen unless I'm going quick and it sounds like thin metal hitting thin metal It kind of sounds like if you'd put a card in the spokes of a bicycle wheel but it's a thin metal card That's what it would sound like.

 

Get a large rubber hammer and hit the various parts of the exhaust with the engine off listening for a possible rattle. Done this many times and is good for finding exhaust rattles.

While you are under the car, see if any of the plastic shields under the floor are coming loose.
