2018 Toyota Camry SE Oxygen Sensor done?

Hey everyone!

I own a 2018 Camry 2.5L (SE) with about 128k miles on it. Recently, the check engine light came on and its showing a code P0037.

I tried looking for a replacement o2 sensor at the local auto part stores and no one carries it.

Bought one online and it did not fit (even though the listing said it fits 2018 Camry 2.5L) -_-

Any ideas where else I can look for one other than the dealership?

Thank you in advance!!!

When you say "online", where exactly? Also, what auto parts stores are we talking about? Sometimes you have to venture beyond the big chains and seek out one of the local parts places that focuses on supplying the independent shops in the area. Interestingly enough, Rockauto being my go to online, doesn't show availability, so for whatever reason the aftermarket chain doesn't seem to have options. Try getting one from one of the online dealers that sells at a good discount like here.

Welcome to the site Gkaura.

There are two sensors - that code is stating the O2 sensor (sensor 2) as opposed to the A/F sensor (sensor 1). Assuming the 2018's still use an O2 as the second sensor. You don't want to mix them up as they function differently. An A/F sensor is an oxygen sensor, it is just a wide band sensor whereas the O2 sensor is narrow band. Best bet is to head to an on-line Toyota parts place, put in your vehicle and VIN, and then search for an O2 sensor and make sure the description says something like "after the catalytic converter" or something like that. Avoid just buying an "O2 sensor" from some places.

What's a little disconcerting is the fact that you need one changed at 128K miles. I'm assuming with that kind of mileage, most of your driving is highway.
