Does anyone know how to replace the front usb port in the 2019 Camry.

Remove the "S" dash panel to the left of the head unit
Remove the panel with the push-start button (if you have it)
Remove the panel with the USB port
They all just unclip (from memory), there may be a screw or two on the USB port one, I can't recall for sure. Its very easy, they all basically just pull off. Once the USB port panel is off it will essentially unclip from the panel piece.
