2ZR-FE Engine Noise (Not TSB Startup)

Hi,
2011 Corolla 2ZR-FE, just hit 100k. I did have the TSB engine start up noise for a while then it stopped. About 10k ago it started making this clicking noise which seems to be coming from the intake camshaft/VVt gear area. Anyone else have this noise and/or think it's related to the TSB startup noise? I'm ready to replace the VVT gear but would rather avoid if possibly something else. VVT Solenoid?

Noise (not fuel injectors) is happening from the start of the video and stops around 18 seconds . It will happen randomly and about 80% of the time while accelerating and coasting to a stop but not so often while cruising at highway speeds and idling.

Some of that sounds like injector noise. When I installed my new injectors for my turbo they were noisier then my stock ones and sounded like that. With the cover on and the hood closed though I don't hear it much at all.

PLEASE IF ANYONE KNOWS THE PROBLEM LMK, MY CAR DOES THE EXACT SAME THING AS THIS CAR IN THIS YOUTUBE VIDEO. HL did you ever figure out exactly what the problem was? I'm having this same exact issue on my 2015 toyota corolla le with 100k . I've took it into 3 different shops with no luck, I've changed plugs, coils ,filters, oil, cleaned MAF, fuel injectors but I'm still clueless to figure out what's going on with it and it's my only vehicle so I've been driving it around for 3+ months hoping I don't destroy the motor 😭😭😫

I don't think that you will damage your motor. Some engines just make more noise and we notice those sounds more as time goes on. I don't notice much of anything to be concerned about listening to this video.
