My truck seems to be lower in the front end than the rear, and I would like to crank the torsion bars to raise it up some. As you can see in the pictures below I only have about an inch clearance from the bump stop on the bottom A arms. Do you think I can gain some from tightening the bolts or are they possibly cranked all the way. I included some pictures of the bolts for the torsion bars, can anyone tell from looking at the pictures if they may be already cranked all the way? I am not sure what the previous owner has already done to the truck, I am pretty sure I am going to have to buy some new bolts first as these seem pretty rusted.

Looks like you have plenty of adjustment left. Get a jack under the crossmember and jack it all the way up to take all the weight off the front tires before adjusting the torsions. Just remember that the higher you go, the stiffer the ride will get.

And from the copious amount of oil under that truck, I can't imagine anything being rusted.
