I had the same problem on my old accord. Googled it and it turned out to be low on Freon.. Shop charged it up for me and was fine after that until I got rid of car. I know that doesn't sound like your problem because your car is so new....

 

Do you have to "Auto Climate" control or the regular Manual controls for the Heating and A/C?

 

No auto climate control. New cabin filter was changed out recently. I probably can get it recharge to see how it goes.

 

This probably won't be helpful at all, but my sister I law had this same problem in her kia sorento and the dealer gave her alot of run around. Said it needed a special order part blah blah. Dealer ended up never getting the part and she ended up getting rid of the vehicle so I don't know exactly what the issue was. However judging by the hassle she had to go through, it sounded like the dealer did t wanna deal with it. So coukd be something a bit more difficult than just freon
