Hello Every Body,

Question about my Corolla 2004/LE , the A/C does not blow cool air. when I push the A/C bottom it is green, and even I notice there is a sudden change in RPM but if the weather is HOT it is not cooling, if it is not that HOT, you can feel a very mild Cool air coming out.
1- I have read in this website that some could be because of the Relay/Compressor. How I can say my compressor is working or not?
2- Which relay is for A/C, I check the box in front of driver in engine side, but I can not see any sign indicating A/C inside the box.

I dont want to spend on charging gas if that is not really gas.

Any input is appreciated in advance.
Thanks
HM

With the fact that you say you can fill a change in RPM when you turn the AC on, my bet is that you are low on freon. If you have it filled and it don't happen again call it chance. If you get it filled and it starts bllowing warm again you have a leak. You will have to find the leak, fix, evacuate the system, then fill with freon. Hope this helps.

Also, if it's not the freon, it may be the case that the vent doors don't change the airflow correctly. I would check if the one of the freon lines leading to the compressor is cold. If it is just cool, or mildly cold, then koolbreeze25 is right.
