thats wierd... i noticed the same thing. even one of my friends had her system jacked as well. whats the world coming to these days?

 

well....ummm.....well.....not saying anything at all, but.....have you realized that everybody who reported their systems jacked were located down in hte states?

 

Too many ghetto ass people here in the US. Ask if your insurance covers the system.

Oh man, its not true about the Canadian thing... I live in burlington, and it gets HARDCORE here with the system jacking...

at my highschool last year, 3 systems got jacked in one day from the front parking lot in broad day light (SCHOOL TIME EVEN)... there was also like 4 cases of people getting their systems jacked last year... haven't heard anything this semester, but i'm scared s***less, because i have no security.

Maybe its just my school, cause its so ghetto, but it does mean that Canada is not as safe as we think...

not bashing or anything....but motion detectors (aka proximity sensors) get REALLY annoying REALLY fast, if a cat walks by, or a squirrel, or a ant, or a leaf, or anything moves.....it goes off! it actually draws attention towards the car, and makes people want to key it, and other sorts of things......

That's why I had mine wired so when I hit lock and unlock simaltaneously it turns the motion sensors off.

 

that sux to hear... i think i shoudl invest in an alarm... people here in Brampton are not bad though.
