If you paid $318 for the All Weather Floor Mat package- yes it should include mats for the two front seats, the middle row, the 3rd row- and the cargo area.

I think that Toyota offers the mats just for the front/middle/3rd row too without the cargo mat- but I'm not sure of the price.

Either way- it's ridiculous if the dealer is saying that they think that the front passenger mat isn't included when you buy either floor mat package.

 

yeah, I paid $439 for the (MR202) "All Weather floor mats with all weather cargo mat" package...

 

On our '20 HiHy it was a "Dealer installed option", the irony being an option for the dealer but not the buyer. It came with front (driver & passenger), 2nd row, 3rd row and cargo.

I have that package and it came with all rows and a cargo mat for the back that Velcro’s to the back of the 3rd row.

 

Totally ridiculous to think it doesn't come with a mat for the front passenger. Agree, talk to the manager yourself and skip the person with no clue.

 

PROBLEM SOLVED! I called again today after reading your responses (with a more demanding attitude), they said they were looking into it and would call me back. They called me back half hour later saying that when they were preparing it to give it to me one of the washers saw that the floor mat was had a stain and took it off to clean it and somehow forgot to put it back. Can't say I'm mad at them since the guy was very nice and professional and apologized several times.

Yup, I had them too. I think it come with all weather mats, at least here in Canada.
