From what I've read, no major changes. They are putting the backup camera in all models (only the Touring and Limited had it before), changing the name of a color (but not the color itself...it's the Champagne changed to Crème Brulee??? and nautical Blue replaced by Parisian Blue???), and the Touring gets the BSM taken out as standard and changed to an option, with the MSRP of the Touring dropping a small amount, also different wheel finish on the Touring ICE. Haven't seen or read of anything else....nothing, from what I have read, on the styling.

The two blues look different in the online brochures. Harder to tell with the tans, but if they changed the name, I bet it's a different color.

 

Just pickup my 2014 TAL w/tech as a replacement for my 2013 TAL w/tech. I notice the 2014 has a parking assist monitor that was not in the 2013. Has anyone used it to assist them with parking, how did it work?

That's new. How does it work? Is it like the proximity sensors on the bumpers? I looked at a 2014 model the other day, but it was a Touring, so maybe didnt have the parking assist feature?

 

From a post somewhere else, I read two changes occurred for the 2014. It weighs 200 pounds more (possible more sound proofing) and Nav features had a modification. I gather the upgrade allows a different format for inputting addresses????

The split screen feature is available in the '13s too.

 

To woropallo:
Can you see if there is a tire pressure app embedded in the Entune Info Apps section? I know Toyota use to include it in Apps sections for some model cars, but took it away for some strange reason. I use to like that feature in my old Camry.

Also, do you have mood lighting above your glove box -- (ie., All across the top and right underneath the wood section. Not in the glove box)?

 

No tire pressure app, the only tire indicator is the one on the dash that illuminates when one of tire pressure is low.

Mood lights are are on the top of the wools across the entire dashboard and in the cup holder and door sile
