Anyone else have a "shimmy" at 20 mph while accelerating?

Three months ago I got a 2017 corolla le. It was a used rental from Hertz Car Sales (controversial choice I know...). I love the car so far except for this nuisance.

So I didn't notice this during the test drive because it is very subtle, but a couple days after buying it I did notice that there is always a slight vibration (or "shimmy") at ~18-22 mph only while accelerating (super smooth while slowing down or braking). I feel it in my legs and calves, but my passengers say they can never really feel it. When I am not the one driving it is more difficult to pick up for sure. It is worse while turning a corner and going uphill - but only slightly worse.

It vibrates at what I think would be like 10-12 hertz and it is very sinusoidal, not like a bumpy road. Although a bumpier road will "mask" this rumble.

There is no real issue in terms of comfort, and the vibration hasn't really gotten worse. I am just paranoid that it will eventually develop into a bigger issue down the line once I pass the 60k mile mark (currently at 39100 miles).

I have recently done the recent JSD service campaign, which didn't affect much at all.

Is this something to be worried about?

Mine does the exact same thing. I never actually really noticed it until I lowered it, so I assumed the alignment was off. Had an alignment done with zero change in this behavior.

Mine does the same thing too. At 20 MPH you can feel it on the pedal. Did it with stock suspension and after I lowered and got an alignment. I hope it has to do with the CVT service update which I still need to do and have it fixed that way assuming it has to do with the trans.
I had the JSD update done... no change to the shimmy at all. I still feel like it is CVT-related, but I am not sure if it is just a property of this trans or something which will progress to a real issue in 20-30k miles.
I am at 90K and have been lowered since 20K on 9th gen Tein springs (~3.5"-4") drop all around and the shimmy has been there since day one. No issues (*knock on wood*) in all that time. Haven't blown the shocks yet either (*knock on wood*).
