My Battery is still good. I just wanted to use my Charger on it during the Pandemic due to much less driving and my Charger has many settings including AGM and regular 12v. I know AGM Batteries like to be charged slowly. I could probably just put it on the AGM setting regardless and if it's just a regular sealed Battery it may just take longer to a full charge. Toyota and other Auto Manufacturers always like to make you believe that you need to use only their OEM products which brings them a nice profit IMHO. My Charger is a smart Charger so it goes into a maintenance type Mode once it reaches the full charge.

It is not an AGM, but not a regular flooded cell battery with fill caps.

Do you have auto stop/start feature? For those vehicles Toyota has started using maintenance free (MF) batteries that are completely sealed and sort of in-between an AGM and a regular flood-cell battery. These are hard to find in size 24F (the size that fits your car).

If you always disable the stop/start feature when your start your car (or don't have it, or have permanently figured out how to shut it off), you could use a regular flooded cell 24F battery such as "Gold" batteries from AutoZone or Advance Auto Parts, or the Walmart EverStart MAXX-24F.

You could use an AGM, but some reason Toyota has refused to install those even when it took over a month to get the OEM battery from Toyota when one failed under warranty. So there may be some reason as to why AGM batteries are not recommended for that car, such as incompatibility with the alternator, etc (but we don't know for sure).
