I've had brake issues before but this is a new one for me. Some times when pressing the brake the pedal gets pushed back out with a vibrating sound which I cannot stop the car until the pressure or whatever is causing the issue resets. At times I have to pull the hand brake to stop. If Im not careful I could hit the car in front of me kinda issue. The fluid is really dark but done see how that could cause this kind of issue. I did suck out some old fluid being careful to stay above drain neck (no air) hoping to trick my mind into thinking it would fix problem. Or maybe something wrong with the abs system or censor?

Found it odd I take my car for an alignment and when getting my car back they mention the brake fluid is dark and should be changed. Then not long after this issue arises out of no where. I know sometimes issues things happen after a repair causing us to think the shop/mechanic intentionally did something to bring you back to make $. I've had things happen enough times that I feel at times it is intentional. Im trying to figure out what could cause this issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sounds like ABS is activating. Codes? Wheel speed sensor?

Dark brake fluid should be flushed/changed.

Brake fluid dot3/4 needs to be completely fushed from the system w/ some regularuty! WHY?
*Brake fluid absorb MOISTURE! This lowers the boiling point of the fluid and could cause brake failure.
*Moisture in the Brake system is bad. There are metal components in the ABS. Water and metal don't mix. Early flequipment failure.

1) STOP driving the f'n car! It is a f'n danger and you will be at fault for an accident. Your are knowingly being the f'n drunk driver on the road. Just cause an accident killing yourself vs others.

2) Ignorance isn't bliss. Removing the old fluid from the brake reservoir does NOTHING. What about all the old fluid from the reservoir to each wheel caliper/cylinder?

The alignment shop may have done a courtesy check of fluids and other things in hope's of you agreeing to repair/replace.

Years of neglect of brake fluid is likely causing internal issues w/ ABS. What are the codes?

Right, don't drive the car if it's unsafe.
