I need a lot of work done on my pickup 1991, I need all 4 ball join , idler arm, pitman arm and outer tie rod. That add up pretty quick. I know Moog it the reference for front end. I don't want to cheap out either and having to redo the job after 20k-50k but I would like to know if you guys have other recommandation of brand or website?

Cheers!!

You can save a few $$$ by installing new bushings in the OEM idler arm yourself. I believe the part number for your idler arm bushing is toyota 9038619005 and they are $4.19 ea. Rock Auto has the Beck/Arnley version of the bushing for $2.80 ea. I'm not sure if you need one or two bushings. More Information for BECK/ARNLEY 1014513. Other parts I would make sure whatever you purchase has grease zirks and use them regularly. The original OEM ball joints actually had screws that could be removed and you could install zirks. I installed zirks in mine and they are still solid after 550,000 miles. I went with Moog tie rods ends with zirks, the OEM tie rod ends didn't have an option to install zirks so they eventually wore out. Good luck.

Check what Rockauto has for decent “daily driver” brands. I’ve had issues with both Moog and Mevotech wearing out prematurely on other vehicles so I’m wary of using those, but beck arnley stuff has performed well. Shipping costs can change by day, so if it’s expensive one day, it could be cheaper the next day

I rebuilt the front ends [among other things] on my '88 Toyota truck and '86 Nissan 4x4 truck this year. I used Sealed Power and Moog parts, ball joints, idler arm, stabilizer bushes, tie rod ends and torque arm bushings. I had rebuilt the brake system earlier. The ball joints that I removed had little wear, but more than none at 350,000 miles[Toyota].
