We have a guy around Memphis that drives a Yellow Impala/Caprice? mid-90's style with ' 24" ' on his rear doors and drives around like the car in those pics.

I also saw a couple of weeks ago downtown a guy that had a new(er) Charger with what looked like 20's or 22's on it and with the tires were so big that you can see in the front where they had just screwed up his fenders from turning, just awful.

While driving to the Houston data center, I saw a 90's Taurus like the Impala, except not only did it have huge rims, it had a spare mounted on the rear, like the old cars and Vinyl roof. Some people are just plain silly.
