On average the units that can do the abs/srs systems start around $100 usd. Products by Autel and Launch come to mind. There are some that use bluetooth to connect with a smart phone, laptop, ipad etc. and they can be closer to $75 usd but I haven't used any of those. Research on google and see if you have one your considering and available to you, let us no which one. Maybe we'll let you know what we thought of it if someone here has used it.

 

Cheapest tool is OBD2 dongle ($10) and phone app, like Torque Pro, Dr Prius, etc. Carista has excellent reviews.
If you really must have ABS/brake codes access, you will need CAN BUS compatible scanner and then you start looking into hundreds. Even with that, they will not be hybrid specific.
Also, to really get into innards of hybrid vehicle, you'll need a high end scanner that has access to proprietary codes. Thousands.

FYI: For performing ABS brake bleeding and brake Actuator reset after replacing it, I've had good luck with $219 XTOOL Anyscan A30M bluetooth scan tool (got it on Amazon). It is a bi-directional scan tool loaded with lots of functions. They make a D7 and higher-end D8 tablet device which has that functionality and more, but they are hundreds more expensive. The A30M is a capable scanner at a good price point for some serious DIY. I used the A30M via an Android Samsung tablet that I already had, to download and run the associated software that comes with the A30M.

I'm sure there are other good options ... thought I'd share what worked for me. I just replaced my brake actuator assembly with a Toyota factory replacement in my 2007 Highlander Hybrid Limited. Bleeding process went well using the A30M.
