I have a 2007 Toyota Avalon and one of the codes on it is for a coolant temp sensor. I searched Google to find an answer and got no results. Has anyone had any luck locating theirs? Also are there any recommended brands for parts like this?

Thank you everyone I found it and got it replaced. Now my problem is my radiator fans don't cut on at all even when the AC is on full blast. I replaced the coolant temp sensor because of a code from the code reader. Any ideas on what to test as far as the fans though?

I am going to replace the relay today considering the car has 234k+ miles on it. I added coolant to the coolant resevoir but when I open the cap to the radiator it doesn't appear as if any coolant has flowed through it. Should I add coolant to the radiator? Any help is greatly appreciated. TYIA

A non-operational radiator fan assembly could be the fan assembly and/or it's module have failed. You could remove the fan assembly and apply direct current to the fan. If the fan runs, it's obviously ok. However, if I were in your situation, I would first check operation of some other components such as wipers, horn, an erratic dash information display, low and high beam headlights. If any of these are not operating normal or are operating erratically simultaneously to the radiator fans not functioning while the AC is switched on, your problem may very well be the junction block located in the under hood fuse box. The junction block is a known failure point in these vehicles. If the junction block is your issue, I recommend you source a used one off of eBay. I doubt you will be able to source a new one from a dealer.
