It’s listed in the manual. It’s a “safety lockout”.

 

So has anyone else noticed that while parked, the cover art of music will display on the screen via Bluetooth but when the car is in drive, you just get the Bluetooth symbol.



What's up with that?

Same applies when i plug in my iPhone via USB. Not sure how Blocking cover art is a safety feature

You can thank the moron House/Senate members that passed the law, along with the new requirement for EV's to make a "sound" below 45mph.

 

How the hell is it a safety lockout to display album artwork? But looking at the display for number of other things going on while driving isn't? I can mess with the apps, look at the weather, browse gas stations, check out active MPG and history, but album artwork is taking it too far?

Lame.

 

My cover art won’t show period. Even when my car is parked i only get the bluetooth logo and i use apple music, i have the cover art feature turned on but it still won’t show any suggestions?
