Just had to figure out how to do this, so I made a video. Took me a bit to figure out how to free the plastic cover, hopefully this helps you.
How to remove this part: gently pull it away from the headliner starting at the top, then un-clip the white plastic snaps (left in the body holes) as shown in the video. To replace: line up the bottom (nearest the dashboard) first, there are two plastic "pegs" that must slip into slots first, then push the whole piece so the white plastic snaps mate back up with the holes in the body.
