So I decided to upgrade my truck. I bought it in February and decided to start mainly upgrading the interior of the truck, seeing how that is where I spend most of my time.

Now I know the mods parts I've bought are not for everyone and I'm sure someone will tell me to get rid of the lights and the dash, or that the lights are ricer. But that dosen't matter .

So to start, I put my laptop in my truck. I know, I'm a nerd. The laptop really comes in handy, I don't have an Ipod so I use this instead. The laptop also has a GPS as well, I have a USB EVDO modem installed in the center console, so I can connect to the internet anywhere I go. Its really great for looking up addresses and phone numbers while on the go.

Just recently replaced the stereo, got some new pioneer speakers and a new kenwood head unit + a pioneer amp. I can't believe the difference in sound quality compaired to the stock.

To end it all, the dash is carbon fibre, leather seat covers, back up camera, power inverter which will be mounted in the console as well, grill guard, fog lights, projector headlights.

New tires and a lift on the way next, either that or a new exhaust.

Hope you guys enjoy. Any tips on what to do next?

If it would match the color of the truck .... But yeah, definately unique!

I think it would be better if you just have the red Carbon as accent pieces around the door handle, air vents, and small trim pieces around the lower console. That way, it would complement the leather seat inserts and create a "theme" without overpowering interior design with an ocean of glossy red. If you like it the way it came out, that's what's important. And the nice thing about trim kits like this is, if you get tired of one color, you can always replace whatever you want with another color.

You know what, props for doing something different that you like and reflects a strong techno-geek craft ethic. I get bored seeing the same old mods, and your stuff definitely ain't the same old mods!

As for your next project, you need to do a slick install of a high-end rechargeable flashlight. Everyone uses a flashlight.
