On mine, if I use the seat memory position button on the door to reposition the seat after someone else has driven the car, the EE/ES stops working. To get it to work again I manually move the seat forward or backward a few inches and ie starts working again. Weird!!!!! Of course, you should check to see that some way the feature has been cancelled on the customizing screen.

 

Thanks, I'll check that. I think I did try pushing memory 1, then 2, etc. and moved the seat a little. I'll try that again. I did go into the customizing screen and it was still on Partial. Full is nominal, but I changed it to Partial. While there, I changed it back to Full, saved it...nothing. Put it back to Partial, saved it, turned the car off…nothing. You're right. Weird!!
