P0125 and P0118 shouldn't cause any drivability issues for Toyotas, as far as I know - so it is possible that these CELs are just a symptom of another, undiagnosed issue.

No start is sort of weird - might have to use a voltmeter to see if voltage is running to the sensor. If not - the issue could be with the ECM. I'd double check the wiring on the ECT - see if it wiring is in good shape. If you a scantool that can do real-time monitoring - see if the ECT values are reasonable, not returning something non-sensical.

Some of the 2006-2007 9th gen Corollas had a no start issue caused by faulty ECMs - not sure if your VIN has one of the suspect ECMs or not.
