What is the problem you are having?

More info/pics would help greatly.

 

E-brake is a mechanical cable not a fluid line. Should be plenty of slack for some lift.

 

Remove the bracket from the clamp on the stock overload leaf and bolt it up to the clamp on the deavers. You may have to open up the bolt hole a bit with a drill, I did, but it should bolt on pretty easy.
