Engine overheats rapidly after less than i mile and has no heat from heater

The engine overheats rapidly with the dash warning message, there is no heat coming from heater, i have replaced the thermostat, the coolant water control valve and no difference. If anyone has any ideas to help please let me know

What are you working on and are the fans coming on when they're suppose too.
Is it boiling over, are you having to top off the radiator reservior.
Sounds like classic symptoms of a bad head gasket.
Look for cross contamnation of oil and coolant.
Look under the oil fill cap too.
Exhaust gas chem check test of the coolant, available at any parts store.
Compression test is helpful too.

Better take a look in the radiator while idling in the driveway with the hood up to see coolant circulating or thermostat not opening to allow circulation. Remove the serpentine belt and try to turn the water pump by hand to make sure it is works, and see if there is leakage from the weephole under the shaft housing. Good luck. 2024?- warranty!

You need a new electric water pump rotor... What does the dash warning message say?
