Doni need to re calibrate anything if i get headers and a straight pipe?

 

You will get P0420 for the straight pipe and codes for the o2 sensor. A defouler may or may not work.

O2 sensor

 

A header and straight pipe will kill power on your engine. The OEM manifold flows as much as your stock engine needs. The 1zz didn't flow much exhaust, especially the 98-99 version. The biggest thing that could help you gain power would be a 2003+ intake manifold. You would also have to retrofit your MAP sensor.
