so I’ve been adding a flame kit to my 2023 Camry XSE but I’m running into a problem in my coil packs. basically with this flame kit, I need to redirect the 12 V signal that should be going to the coil pack and it redirect to the spark plugs in the rear that I’ve installed. So basically I need to figure out how to stall my coil packs while leaving the fuel injectors on so it pumps fuel through the exhaust to create the flames in the back. I’ve gone to the dealerships talk to the mechanics. No one knows how it works hopefully someone can help me here. right now when I hold the button down that redirect the 12 V energy away from the coil pack instead of leaving the engine installed it completely turns it off.

I would think you would get better results by installing a completely separate system. Having the stock injectors provide the fuel (unburned) will cause the ECU to attempt to adjust parameters in response to a fat 02 sensor reading. It also is hard on the cats. You will likely set some codes in the stock ECU doing what you are planning. This is all for off road use only of course.

Is believe the more appropriate response good sir would be: "So your doing this to a street car!" The warranty is irrelevant imo Unless it's going to be in movies absolutely pointless. Maybe they want to look cool for street racing takeovers, which my previous statement stands: absolutely pointless. Be funny though to see a post about the car catching fire a couple months from now.
