Glove box locked

Hi Corolla owners,

The glove box of my '98 Corolla VE will not open. The latch moves but door will not open.

Can anyone help me, please?

If there’s no lock cylinder on your glove box, you will need a small flat blade screwdriver to try to reach the latch.

Otherwise you may have to resort to breaking it and replacing the glove box from your local junkyard.
