Hatchback Strut bar, TOMS/Cusco vs Blitz?

I'm planning to purchase a strut bar/brace soon, and it seems like Blitz and Cusco/TOMs are the two common ones. They have different mounting places, and designs (straight vs bent bar). Anyone have thoughts on which may be a more effective or better bar?

I appreciate all the advice, will probably go with the TOM's one. I prefer the silver look to the blue of Cusco's. Was going to get it with the stimulus check...but who knows when/if that'll happen now.

Back when the cars were stiff like wet noodles, strut bars were functional. They are used to reduce the front suspension flex during hard corners. Before spending money on the strut bars tho, look to tires, shocks, springs and sway bars, they are better bang for the $$ to improve corning speed. Car these days are made so much stiffer, the added benefit of the strut bars are getting so small, most of them don't help with any meaningful speed. The TNGA platform is so much stiffer than all the older gens of Corollas, the bars become more a fashion item. If one is racing when every fraction of a second counts, this may still help.

I have both the Blitz and Cusco and I absolutely noticed no difference in handling after trying out both... Money wasted but I had to try...Save your money for a better set of tires :)
I'm wondering is this why TRD doesn't offer one? Perhaps 'Kaizen' dictated that they not bother to sell a FSB because it was just 'for decorations'?

Hm seems like it won't make much of a difference. I may get one (mainly) for looks then, and probably the Blitz as it's cheaper.

I also emailed Kenji's Garage to get their opinion, as they carry both. Their response: The Blitz and Cusco both does the same to "reduce body roll. Just the Cusco is more rigid than blitz since it has longer mounting points."

I'll move it down my purchase list tho, may get the Eibach front/rear sway bar and lowering springs combo instead...

Installed Megan Racing front strut tower bar yesterday. Installation was pretty straight forward, took me about an hour including realigning the wipers. Not sure what the other comments are about re: quality, this FSTB looked robust and well made. The strut plate is thick and goes over all 3 studs:

I like the Megan racing more than Cusco only because the Cusco covers up the fuse box.
