In my 2013 Highlander SE, I removed and rotated the right passenger headrest (2nd row) around to face backwards and installed to allow a car seat. Now it will not come out.
It will not go down any further. Yes, I have pushed the tab while lifting up and down.
I did this in my 3rd Gen 4Runner and it was easy to remove.
Ideas?
