Intermittent White Screen - 9" Display

I have a 2023 Camry Nightshade which came with a 7" display(non-JBL). Picked up a 9" display (non-JBL 86140-06A70) on eBay and did the upgrade. It was plug and play, easy to do and have been happy with result.

The one issue that randomly occurs is an occasional (once every few weeks) white screen at start. I've researched the previously (often) posted "white screen of death" but I don't think this is my issue because when the white screen occurs : 1) the rear camera displays perfectly fine in reverse (my thinking is if the issue were a failing display ribbon cable, then the rear camera would also not work) and 2) if I restart the car, the screen boots up normally.

As I mentioned, the headunit was purchased off eBay and was never installed in another car. It came in the original packaging and visually looked new, without any imperfections. After install, it updated to the latest firmware. I'm using CarPlay and have connected a 2023 Ottocast Pro Air 2.

So, I'm looking for input on what the issue might be? Could it be display? Could it be firmware? Could it be the Ottocast?
Thoughts? Thank you

Uhm,
In January 2023 bought a 2023 Camry XSE V6 fully loaded. I was using Ottocast U2-X Pro dongle and the only issue I had was with YouTube Music Videos. While playing the YouTube videos and watching on my Samsung S21 5G phone the person singing or lip movements were out of sync or delayed by 2 to 3 seconds when listening to the audio on the Camry JBL sound system. I do not need Google Maps or WAZE since I plan my trip route before leaving home and know where I am going. Using a Road Atlas if needed is the best way to go the old-fashioned way, miss your queue or sense of direction, just ask someone. If you have the address or phone number you will get there. I spent close to 26 years in the U.S. Navy and traveled the world, managed to find my way back. Plus I was in Boy Scouts in my youth we used a compass as there were no GPS portable devices in those days, maybe fish finder. Personal computers did not come along until a few years after High School graduation. I knew a few kids who had the oversized simple-featured Texas-Instrument calculator that cost like $300.
As of December 2023 I now have the Picasou 2 PRO, while waiting in my car can watch live TV, Live Sports, movies, YouTube Music Videos, and more. I plug my Amazon TV Fire Stick 4K Max into the HDMI Input and watch everything since I have Deja Vue Plus .apk App ($30 per month). Never miss any College or Pro Sports game as get all channels and services with Deja Vue Plus. Then with Amzaon Internet aka SILK have browser access just like Google and enter URL type in AttackerTV.so or MovieKids.TV and watch so much more programs, full seasons and episodes, movies galore and newly released movies in the theater. You can get AttackerTV.so on your desktop computer/laptop or SMART TV. Say Good-Bye to Cable and Satellite TV, Netflix, Hulu Plus, YouTube TV, with AttackerTV.so or MovieKids.TV and Deja Vue Plus. You got everything for Cheap. All you need is Internet or Hotspot WiFi and register for Deja Vue Plus to put onto your iPhone or Android phone or onto the Amazon TV Fire Stick 4K Max is best as need the memory space. Yes! with Ottocast Picasou 2 Pro, you can connect basic Video Games to play and use the HDMI Output port for external monitors in the car or connect to a Tablet.
