These torques are for a 1990 V6 Camry and the size of the big bolts you gave is the same size fastener - just did wife's struts last week.
The 2 strut-to-steering knuckle bolts (22mm) are 224ft/lbs (rented an up-to-250ft/lb torque wrench from AutoZone - $90 but get it back when returned). The top three bolts (strut mount bolts) are 47ft/lbs.
