Labor rate included in price of accessories?

Hello, for those that added on accessories at the time of purchase and had the dealer install ( e.g., mudflaps, fog lights, etc), does the MSRP on the Toyota website include the cost to install, or for example, would $199 mudflaps cost more? Assuming of course, such add-ons are not "thrown in" for free at the time of purchase.

My current car is an 09 Camry hybrid, so I don't take part in the unappealing ritual of car buying often, but want to know what to expect.

Usually it doesn't include install price, but if you buy them at the time of purchase most decent dealers will install them for you.

If you pay MSRP for the accessory, the guy at the Part Department counter "might" install it for free. Probably not for free if you ask the service advisor.

If your buying car, have install price negotiated in deal. I had splash guards included, the price for Toyota splash guards was 86.00, labor to install was 94.00. Dealer absorbed the cost.

Just checked my paperwork. Toyota Splash Guards were 85.00, not 86.00.
Labor was still 94.00 to install. Seems high to install Splash Guards.

Yes, because their flat rate is $120+/hour.
