So my question is can you switch the 2zz ecu from the xrs Corolla and replace it into the 1zz corolla sport? I’ve been trying to look for tunes to tune up the corolla a little for some air flow, need help with gaining just about 40 more horsepower without boost like turbo

If it was even possible and that easy don't you think it would have been done already.
The ECU from a 2zz has totally different parameters to regulate the shorter stroke and valve timing in that motor.
Drive your car. Save your money and buy something with more power when you can.

I the 1zz is better with forced induction. The chassis will have more torque than the 2zz. That’s the benefit of the 1zz over the 2zz.
Getting a turbo kit for a 2zz is challenging as it is. Monkey wrench racing has options for both 1zz and 2zz. Check them out.
