Are you talking about the crankcase vacuum tube that attaches to the 1" long 3/8 I'd metal stub on the front bank valve cover?

If so, you will always see oil covering and collected at the bottom of the silencer and vacuum hose and throttle body.

Replace your pcv valve with a Toyota new one. Wait 30 days for shipping if you have to, but anything else will be trash.
