Just curious to see what y'all are running and to see why/which one seems better?

I have Progress Technology and it is great. Cusco is not adjustable. Progress Technology is, and Whiteline is even more adjustable (3 points).

I can't compare because I have not had the other two, but I went with progress specifically for the specs.

OEM diameter = .955 in. (24mm)
OEM rate = 270 lbs/in.

Progress Technology: Progress Technology, 62.2152, rear anti sway bar, 2019 Toyota Corolla, C-HR Rear
Progress diameter = 1.062 (27mm)
Progress rate = 390 lbs/in. (soft)
Progress rate = 440 lbs/in. (firm)
Adjustable: 2 hole

Whiteline:
Diameter: 24mm same as stock
Spring rate not given, but assume much stiffer than stock given better, solid steel and bushings
Adjustable: 3 hole

Cusco: Cusco 2019+ Toyota Corolla Hatchback Rear Sway Bar (cus1A7 311 B26)
Diameter: 28 mm
Non-adjustable:
Website says "re-use OEM bushings"

To me that added up to picking the Progress Technology. If they are confident enough in their product that they can provide actual spring rate details, and have tested, that says a lot.

Yes, there is a major difference. I started on the stiffer, and then moved to the lower setting because I moved to an area with a lot of brick streets. I like the lower setting for street driving. I would change back up to stiffer setting to take the car out for track like stuff or if I moved to an area with much better streets.

With quoted spring rate for Prog-tech, softer setting is 44% stiffer and firm setting is 63% stiffer.

Like Invader, I like mine in 40ish range for street.

Honestly, would still go with Progress Technology to do it again. They posted great info on their product and I think the two adjustments are great. I don't think you really want the softest setting of the Whiteline IMO. Don't know where that application would be necessary over stock. Progress also offers good polyurethane bushings, and you will also notice the Prog-tech design has an area on it that rides next to the PU bushings to keep it in place side-to-side, whereas the Whiteline does not.

Whiteline says they have elastomer bushings and suggest using DIY "Lateral Locks Are A DIY Product That Can Be Utilized On Both Factory Or Whiteline Sway Bars. Lateral Locks Are Easily To Install And Mount Directly Next To The Sway Bar Mounting Points To Prevent Shifting Or Sideways Movement Of The Sway Bar Under Lateral (Cornering) Loads. This Results In Improved Sway Bar Effectiveness Whilst Preventing Fouling Of The Sway Bar On Near By Chassis And Steering Components."To hold it in place, where this is built into the design of the Progress Technology.

I would not buy the Cusco. I think both Progress and Whiteline are good options, but I like the overall design of the Progress better, IMO. It has a couple of better features than the Whiteline design, IMO.

After 2 years of using the Progress Tech Rear sway bar, I started hearing squeaking from the rear. Dropped the bar to see the bushings were somewhat worn. I asked the questions to Progress Tech and they delivered the following:

Where can I purchase replacement bushings?
60.4022.2 | Replacement Bushing, Pair

What is the recommended maintenance timeline for greasing bushings?
Bushings are a wear item, checking and regrease every 6 months may be necessary in your harsh climate.
Do you have any recommendations for grease to use (besides OEM grease packet which is only good for 1 time)? Or where could I purchase more OEM grease packets?
You can purchase Energy Suspension grease on Amazon as a 3 pack. This isn’t what we use but is comparable.

Ask anyone's who's ran there parts in auto-x. They replace them with another brand as soon as their discount sponsorship is up because they don't perform. Just slightly better than stock, with half the shelf life. I've had nothing but bad experience from whiteline, including press in bushings being knocked out of control arms with just regular driving. Not even HPD uses, just normal driving.

Progress, Ebiach, Cusco, OEM (apex rear bar) > whiteline anything.

IIRC whiteline rear sway bar is 24mm and progress tech is 27mm, with comparable prices you're better off with getting a local supplier to order progress tech.

i personally have the progress rsb and have no regrets after a few years of use. i do, however, need to replace the bushings sometime soon, they are starting to squeak a bit over bumps lol

How long have you had yours installed? I think mines been on for about a 18 months and at first it was just the right side squeaking, then the other day it got really loud on both sides. Wonder if Energy has bushings that will fit? Not wanting to replace these every year.

I replaced the stock Progress bushings with ones from Energy Suspension. I got the ones that had the grease fitting on the bracket, but I also used their Formula 5 grease and its like a thick glue/paste consistency - so there's no way a grease gun would work with that. Hoping the thicker lube grease will help it last a little longer. Meanwhile enjoying the silence!
