Sounds like something hitting the vent blades... try poking a pencil in between the vent blades and see if you can move any possible wires hitting the blades.

There are no wires in the vents!. I have the same issue, but its very faint, and a turn of the radio knob completely fixes it.

 

Unfortunately for me it's not very faint and turning up the radio doesn't help.

 

IIRC, the filter for the interior is behind the glove box. The door that secures it goes on kind of funky. If the door or filter is not secure it could make noises. You have to drop the glove box to get at it. PIA

 

I had my interior air filter changed at the dealership and they failed to put the glove box door on properly, getting a rattling noise until i put the door on right .
