RevTek lift kit vibration problems

I recently had the 3"RevTek Lift Kit installed by 4WD professionals on my 07 DC TRD Short Bed only to to find that I have the dreaded
vibrations from 20-50 mph real bad. I have done the Carrier Bearing drop kit, no change, tried rear leaf shims (vibes got worse) then I finally decided to install the Tom Woods DS with the reg U joints hoping that this would be the cure all. Unfortunately the vibes are still there just like before. This really surprised me as I thought the vibes were coming from the Carrier Bearing. I have new Goodyear Wrangler Silent Armour tires size 265/75/16 that are balanced and the alignment is spot on. Incidently when I switch to 4WD the vibes disappear. Apparently this truck does not like the lift geometry in 2WD so I have no choice bit to have it removed. I am bummed. Any suggestions before I return to stock? I don't think the Tom Woods Double Cardan would really help at this point. Thanks.

Keep the Tom Woods and get some OME Coils and Bilstein 5100's or something along those lines. There are countless ways you can go that are better riding and you spend as much as they would of cost anyways. Look at www.toyteclifts.com, www.allprooffroad.com, there are a lot of others you can find stuff at, ebay is one of them

Revtek

Strange. I've had the Revtek 3" lift on for about a year and a half now and have had no issues. I had it instaled at the dealer when I bought the truck and had no problems with it.
