I just turn up the music.

 

The first thing I'd check is the tires. Inflation, alignment and tread wear can make a difference in noise. Still running on the original tires? Replacement tires? I know Hankook Optimo tires, though decent performers, are noisy. Begin with simple stuff.

 

I have the TRD wheels with some pirelli cinturato p7, The bigger wheels did make road noise louder but I swear its getting louder. Their still new only 1k miles on the tires, but either way I wanted to know if i can make the cab near silent 😂

 

As noted above, likely to be tire noise. Most of the OE tires I've had tended to get noisy fairly quick.

 

I noticed road nose was louder than when I first got it.

Start from sound deadening front wheel wells, front doors and rear wheel wells and doors.
