This is what I'm running now:
Pioneer DEH-P7600MP Source Unit
Pioneer 180W Fronts 6.5" (POS, Replacing soon)
Pioneer 240W Polypropylene Cone Rears 6x9"

My deck fit fine, just be sure to get the Metra wire adaptor, helps a lot.

Be sure if you are buying Pioneer to get that polypropylene-coned stuff, a hell of a lot better than the old ones. If you need any help with the install, other than subs and amps, I may be able to help.

You'll get enough bass from those rears to rattle the trunk lid, which is very annoying. Invest in some dynamat or peel-n-seal.

Avoid using any crimps or wire nuts, solder everything. Common knowledge, but I'm don't know what your audio background is. Have fun, them speakers are a bitch to get out!

Edit: Exact Model for Rear speakers, and the front speakers I'll be changing to:
Front: Pioneer TS-A1670R 6.5" 3-Way
Rear: Pioneer TA-A6960R 6x9" 3-Way

 

Good choice on CD players, One suggestion though, get the premier line if available to you, not much of a price difference at all but they are a little better specs.

Yea, RayRayOnline really helps with the back speaker installation, much more descriptive than the Haynes Manual.

Also, it was explained to me a while ago to not get 4-Way speakers, that the extra "super-tweeter" doesn't do enough to be worth the extra money. I like most of my power down in the low Hz anyways.

As long as the screw patterns don't change, you should be alright, there is a right good bit of space between the speakers and the cover. If you run out of room, you could always dremel out some of the back of the cover (not the actual mesh looking stuff, the plastic strips running across the back) and even file or dremel down the speaker braket itself. Have the place you are buying them from test fit the oversized ones (provided they do that kind of stuff) to see if clearance is an issue.

Easy...Take the old ones out and put the new ones in. My front speaker stock size was 6.5"
If you have something else, you may be able to find the (I don't know what it's called, the speaker-holder thingy) from one that has a 6.5" speaker and use that.

 

Heres what I have in the Camry 1995 LE.
Memphis Audio 6.5 compenent system *front*
Infinity 5x7 in the rear.
Now neither of these fit perfectly the 5x7's I had to turn them till I could get connection with two holes so I could drill new holes to hold them in.
The component system bolted in just fine, only problem is clearence. At high volumes the cone of the 6.5 hits the grill, Im just going to trim the mount spacer back a little bit, and I still have to drill holes for the tweeters for a flush look.
Cd players will bolt right into the stock mounts, you don't need a kit to mount it like most domestics. I would highly suggest a plug and play adapter to plug into the stock wire harness, other wise youll be doing alot of testing. The Camry is pretty easy to work on. The door panels are easy to take off, just don't forget about the door handle clips. The rear deck seems like a pain in the a$$ but if you work quickly you can tear it down, install, and put it all back together in a little under 20 mins.
