Hold on with the sensors... P1604 does not relate to camshaft or crankshaft position sensors. P1604 is just a general Startability Malfunction trouble code. Start by servicing your ground connections underneath battery to chassis, driver's side strut tower, and driver's side engine head. Remove the eyelet bolt to sand off any rust and oxidation, then reinstall. Clan also your battery terminals and the inside of battery connectors.
