The '93 bed should fit on the '94. The '93-'94 both had the gas door on the passenger side. From '95 on the gas door was moved to the driver's side. AFAIK the dimensions of the trucks did not change through the entire run ('93-'98) whether 2 or 4 wheel drive.

You'll need to cut off the stand offs as the 2WD beds had them and the 4WD beds did not...
