Timing belt ?- trying to beat the rain today

Hey guys! I'm trying to get a timing belt on 93 camry 4cyl today before the rain. I've always changed my belt before it broke. My sister's broke while driving. Got #1 at TDC now for the crank. Trying to time the camshaft next. I know to line up the hole in cam pulley with little mark on cam seal cover. Got that. My question is- My #1 cam lobes are all pointing at fire wall( slightly up). #4 lobes are all pointing towards front of car and getting ready to open valves. I think like this #4 is getting ready for it's intake stroke. Also, looks like #1 has just closed the exhaust valves. # 2 and #3 have a lobe partially contacting lifters. Is this right for #1 cam lobes to be up and facing firewall to correctly time it with the crank? Thanks! Just trying to beat the weather today. Jon.

I think I over thunk it. I forgot crank rotates twice to every cam rotation. I just rotated cam and it's in the same everytime. With the crank, it's either up or down on number 1 with crank mark on zero. My number 1 piston is up and cam mark is lined up. I'm gonna run it. But, please anyone else let me know if I'm wrong. It might be running by then and I will know for sure. Merry Xmas to all!!!!:D
