Assuming third gen is the same:

94 foot pounds on the cam gears (or 65 with SST)
25 foot pounds idler pulley
20 foot pounds tensioner
159 foot pounds crankshaft bolt
69 inch pounds water pump

I say again, inch pounds on the last one!

Factory Specs for the Timing Belt. Doesn't have the Water Pump, though.





I didn't remember the Water Pump having such small torque specs, but you were correct.
