Torque value for PCV valve

I cannot find the torque value for the PCV valve anywhere. The only information I found seemed to suggest that thread lock or locktite is needed to install. I failed to find the correct torque value in the service manual if it was there. Does anyone know? Is 12204-31040 the right part number for 2005 Avalon?

White loctite works well as a thread sealer and is available at autozone.
