Upgrading OEM Radio

I found a YouTube reference indicating that this radio (model No. 86100-47561), indicated for a 2016-2018 Prius, would be compatible as an Entune/Nav upgrade of the stock radio in my 2017 Corolla SE.

I'm confused because I also found that the actual upgrade for 2016-2018 Corolla is model No. 86100-02221.

Main reason for the question is the price difference I found between those two. TIA.

Go aftermarket.
I upgraded my '16 to a Pioneer. Total out the door was around $1100, and this included XM and a MaestroRR interface that provides direct tire pressure readings, engine parameters, voltages, and the ability to view/reset check engine codes.
With the proper adapter, it looks factory, and it supports Android Auto/Carplay.

Entune is worthless, and Toyota has deprecated most of its functionality.

Though the Pioneer had a decent navigation system mapped through "HERE-we-are", I normally used the Android Auto connection to use Waze.

I have installed the SYGAV Android Heaunit. It has 4GB of RAM and 64 GB of Internal Memory. Butter Smooth touch and you can use it just like a tablet. Nevertheless, it has Android Auto and Wireless Apple CarPlay as well. You can find it on Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B09DYFYMWH/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o04_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I got it for $499. Decent Price for the features and enhanced Audio Quality. I do support all the Steering Wheel controls and Vehicle Information like Current Mileage / Trip Mileage and individual Tire Pressure monitoring of each tire.

Let me know if you need help with the installation. I can guide you. I also made a short slideshow of the head unit post-installation on my 2017 Corolla LE.
